All orders over $200 come with free 3-day shipping. For all other orders we offer 3-Day Canada wide shipping for a flat rate of $9.97 or free pickup from Bertucci MedSpa in Woodbridge.
Yes, we can ship internationally upon request. If you’d like you order to be shipped outside of Canada, please contact us for a quote.
In most cases, your order will reach your home within 3 business days or less. We strive to pack & ship all orders within one business day, and use 2-day shipping for all orders.
Payment
We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Apply Pay via our online store.
All purchases are billed via Stripe and will reference Bertucci MedSpa in the debit memo.
Orders & Returns
You’ll receive a tracking number from us via email once your order ships. You can use our order tracking page for status updates and to track your delivery.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bertuccimedspa.com with your order number and reason for return.
Final sale items (clearly marked as such) cannot be returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
